Tender description

The Regenda Group wishes to procure a contract(s) for the provision of window cleaning, communal cleaning and office cleaning services at approximately 239 properties both residential and commercial across the North West. The Regenda Group is a great quality, forward thinking housing business, building, managing and maintaining the homes people need. The Regenda Group is made up of Regenda Homes and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Redwing Living (private rented properties, leasehold and apartment block management and shared ownership and sales), M&Y Maintenance and Construction and McDonald Property Rentals in Lancashire, which is a subsidiary of Redwing Living. The resulting contract(s) will cover each part of the Group. The contract is to be split into 3 geographical lots, namely, Merseyside, West Lancashire and East Lancashire/Greater Manchester/Cheshire.
