Contractor Partnering Framework Agreement:Major Construction Works

Tender description

The Authority wishes to procure a Framework Agreement for Major Construction Works pursuant to which it is envisaged that contracts will be let to contractors within the framework for the carrying out of various building projects / works, including design where appropriate, comprising new buildings, extensions, refurbishments and associated maintenance. The Framework will be open to the Users listed below: Gloucestershire County Council, District Councils, Parish and Town Councils, schools/academies, offices, libraries, day centres, care homes, fire stations and other public buildings within Gloucestershire. The proposed Framework Agreement will be in place for a maximum period of three years, with an option to extend for a further period of one year (3+1). Contracts called-off under the Framework Agreement may, where appropriate, continue beyond the term of the Framework.
