Remedial and Development Works at North Harbour, Cape Clear Island

Tender description

The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine wishes to undertake all of the works outlined in the Tender Documents; however, funding may not be available for all of the works. The works have therefore been subdivided into three work areas as follows: Area 1 - Remedial Works to and Widening of the South Western End of Duffy’s Pier, Area 2 - Laydown Area for Stop Logs North of the Outer Breakwater Pier, Area 3 - Concrete Facing to Sheet Piles along the South Eastern Side of Duffy’s Pier. Three Tenders are required for three separate Work Scopes. The Work Scope to be carried out will depend on the funding available for the Works. The Tender Options are as follows: Tender Option 1 – Works in Area 1, Tender Option 2 – Works in Area 1 and 2, Tender Option 3 – Works in Area 1,2 and 3. Tenderers must submit tenders for all 3 options.
