Tender description

This project consists of the Void Upgrades to 4 no. Local Authority Dwellings in Hyde Terrace, Mohill, Co. Leitrim. The works to be carried out consist primarily of works to improve the energy efficiency of the dwellings. The local authority dwellings are made up of 2 and 3 bed semi detached/terraced two storey houses. The refurbishment works consists of the following: – - Clean out houses of all furnishings & rubbish - Clean out gutters & downpipes - Install fencing where required - Replacement of kitchen where required - External insulation & some pumping cavities - Installation of additional attic insulation, to include the insulation of pipes, water tanks, loft access walkways and the improvement of passive ventilation where required - The provision & installation of lagging jackets where required - Ventilation - Energy Efficient Light Bulbs - Painting & Decorating - Removal of Existing Ranges & Installation of Stoves
