Sub Contractor Framework: Responsive Works and Planned Works

Tender description

This framework is to identify a number of suitably qualified and experienced Sub Contractors who will be selected for inclusion to a multi trade Contractors Framework Agreement to fulfil requirements for the Frome depot which principally cover BANES (Bath and North East Somerset) and Mendip. Additional incidental requirements may extend to Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Sedgemoor and South Somerset. (This list is not exhaustive and service locations may change during the duration of the framework). The framework will require contractors to tender to provide one or more of the following services UPVC Doors and Window repairs, Underground drainage, Scaffolding, Vinyl Flooring, Asbestos Removal, Roofing, Door Entry Systems (including miscellaneous electrical works), Renewable technologies (including air and ground source), Aerials, Domestic Property Repairs and Groundworks.
