The Royal Parks are seeking expressions of interest from a professional building contractor to undertake the replacement of 11 nr traditional timber windows (to be replaced with double glazed timber or UPVC windows) and 6 nr doors at Ground floor level to Kensington Gardens Office, London. Works shall include provision of safe working access, removal of existing windows, supply and fitting of new hardwood Casement and sash windows to match existing. Doors be fire exit doors and have CPNI approved push bars installed or have EACS and CPNI approved lock in accordance with current building regulations. Works to include making good and redecorating.
