East Bridgford Medical Centre - Extensions and alterations project

Tender description

The works include the construction of 2 no. traditionally built single storey extensions with hipped-end roofs and pre-cast concrete floors. Internally, the extensions shall be fitted out with new flooring, sanitary ware, IPS panelling, wall and base units and associated mechanical and electrical works. Additionally 2 no. existing offices are to be refurbished and converted into clinics. Externally the works comprise generally of new landscaping and drainage alterations. Contractors are invited to submit their fixed price quotation to carry out the works as set out in the schedule of works.
