Tender description

Equality Act requires all Service Providers to make reasonable changes where needed, to improve services to customers. In direct response to this, Royal borough of Kingston has done a comprehensive Disabled Access Audit Surveys, during which a number of non-compliance was identified. Consequently, corrective actions to address the issues are planned to be done in phases. CHAR(13) + CHAR(10)This phase is targeted at issues of Communal Circulation routes to sheltered hostel accommodation; including staircases, handrails, lever tap water for communal toilet and baths.
