Tender description
Construction of 2 No. new bungalows to Level 2 NDSS and demolition of existing garage block and diversion of existing adopted sewer. JCT Design & Build 2011 form of contract. Tenders will be evaluated on a mix of cost and quality. Quality will be evaluated with respect to the use of local labour and supply chains and training opportunities. The council will act as Employers Agent with the contractor appointing their own Architects to complete the design. Full details can be found in the specification.
