Tender description

Construction of 2 No. new bungalows to Level 2 NDSS and demolition of existing garage block and diversion of existing adopted sewer. JCT Design & Build 2011 form of contract. Tenders will be evaluated on a mix of cost and quality. Quality will be evaluated with respect to the use of local labour and supply chains and training opportunities.
