Hampden Crescent Refurbishment Procurement

Please note this is for the consultancy work only and not the refurbishment works as KBC will project manage any refurbishment works. A feasibility study has been carried out on two large identical blocks of flats which require refurbishment works converting existing three bed flats into one/two beds. We are now requiring consultants to carry out a full procurement process to compile a full works specification for the refurbishment works to be sent out to contractors. The following items should be included in your procurement process: • liaising with local planning and building control, • producing full plans/drawings to submit to planning, • structural, electrical and service engineers reports, • all associated fees will be included. The estimated cost of the complete project is around £1m per block and is expected to take 2 – 3 years to complete.
