Tender description

Clayton Sports Centre is a key local facility within the borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme which is in urgent need of repair. A stock condition survey has been undertaken which identified key areas of the fabric of the building along with equipment that are in need of replacement. This tender covers the installation of the engineering services to the proposed upgrade works at Clayton Sports Centre. The programme of works for the project will be prepared by the Contractor. The Contractor shall coordinate all works and plan, schedule & coordinate to provide a full and complete working package for the work as described in the specification. It is anticipated that the works would commence at the beginning of April 2015 and the contractor shall advise of the programme of work and completion date.
