BUILDING CONTRACT Eastbourne Borough Council seeks expressions of interest from suitable building contractors to tender for the Design and Build Contract for the refurbishment of the café in Princes Park Eastbourne which has an estimated value of £450,000.00. To achieve selection to the tender list, the Contractor must: 1. Have an annual turnover of a minimum of £1 million 2. Be capable of providing a bond or parent company guarantee. (This may or may not be taken out dependent upon the financial position of the successful contractor) 3. Have a minimum Professional Indemnity Insurance level of £1 million for each and every incident plus Employer’s Liability and Public Liability insurance to a level of £5 million 4. Have a proven track record in delivering refurbishment projects of this size on budget, on time and to the required quality. This is to be demonstrated by references on 3 projects from the Employer 5. Have adequate resources and capacity to tender and deliver the project within the next 9 to 12 months Any response to this advertisement shall include proof of the above selection criteria.
