To re-design and refurbish one set of male and female public toilets at the Millennium Gallery, Sheffield. To increase the number of cubicles if possible while maintaining disabled and baby change facilities. Hard wearing and robust build essential, but attractive and smart appearance also vital. Good quality low maintenance equipment desirable, but ease of access for future repairs must be factored in.
