Refurbishment of the Blue Room stepped corridor

Tender description

The works comprise minor demolitions of 3 number small offices and refurbishment of the floor, wall and ceiling finishes to create a small informal learning space for students .The works include minor structural alterations, adaptations to heating system and additional power , data and new lighting. The works are anticipated to take circa 6 weeks and the contractor will be required to manage and coordinate all the works in a single contract package. The project will be contract administered by the project architect who will also undertake the role of Principal Designer .The appointed contract will take on the responsibility of Principal contractor for the project. Works are programmed to start in early October 2015.
