Tender description

Blackburn Town Hall Phase 3 and 4 Stonework repairs; comprising of cleaning and restoration works to stonework, window repairs and decorating, repairs to leadwork and installation of feral pigeon proofing. The Contractor must take all necessary precautions to protect the existing structures, finishing's, fittings and any other property left where these are being retained, not only from the weather but from any damage howsoever caused by or during the Works.
