Tender description

Wolverhampton City Council has identified funding towards the decanting of Heantun House, the relocation of the indoor market to Market Square and the demolition of the associated buildings. THE MARKET RE-LOCATION WORKS ELEMENT The Works comprise in brief the development of existing open market facilities through the provision of new serviced cabins, including connections to statutory undertaker's services, services distribution and further minor external works, as outlined in detail in the Schedule of Works, appendices and drawings. It should be noted it is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works.
