Tender description

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service are re-locating two of their emergency response operations. One Station in Hull Central and the other in Brough. The proposed development’s will include a new purpose built fire station for emergency response and training operations plus an external yard for employee car parking and appliance access and manoeuvring. The main operations on site are the arrival and leaving of the fire appliances in emergency call-outs plus training activities. Construction of the new Fire Stations are to be procured separately, however within the tender submissions contractors are asked to advise of any commercial, programme and operational advantages which could be achieved if they were awarded both projects.
