<strong> </strong> Hartlepool Borough Council invites tenders to design, provide and install a fuel storage and dispensing system at their Tofts Farm Industrial East Estate Depot. The successful scheme will be selected on its merits and each Tenderer is asked to provide two distinct options, Option 1 for an Above Ground Facility and Option 2 a Below Ground Facility. T.B.A Target Date October 2015 - December 2015 Target Construction Period 8 Weeks
