Expressions of Interest for a Clerk of Works for the Faculty of Business & Law Project

The University invites expressions of interest from those capable of delivering services as a clerk of works for a major construction project. There will be two full-time positions based on site: 1. NEC Supervisor / B&CE Clerk of Works (under the NEC3 form of contract) 2. NEC Supervisor / M&E Clerk of Works (under the NEC3 form of contract) The anticipated start date is Oct/Nov 2015 with the Construction Practical Completion is expected in Nov 2016. The project is part of the Masterplan to build a new high quality academic building for Faculty of Business & Law at the University’s Frenchay Campus. Details of the Project: Main Works: Approx 17,000m2 New build. Construction Start Date: 11th May 2015 Construction Contract Completion Date: 18th November 2016 Appointment of Consultant will be based on the NEC Professional Services Short Contract (April 2013).
