The tender is to: excavate approximately an eleven meters long by two and a half metres deep along the back of Matlock town hall, supply and fit an external tanking system renew drainage and replace block paving, provide dry lining system internally, renew kitchen units, make good flooring, and decoration etc. <b><u>Site Address</u></b> Matlock Town Hall, Bank Road, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3NN. We invite quotations from competent contractors for the above works Tenderers are required to download and complete the attached tender documentation and submit along with all the requested information including their quotation in accordance with the attached documentation.
