Cat 3 & 4 IDA Land & Building Valuations 2015-18

Tender description

It is a requirement of IDA to obtain professional valuations advice on an on-going basis for purposes of disposal/acquisition/lettings/freehold release on land & buildings. The portfolio in question consists of approximately 62 land holdings and 29 IDA owned units. They are located nationwide. Properties will be listed for valuation on an occasional basis. The assignment will run for circa 36 months from circa July 2015. It is estimated that IDA will require circa. 30 Capital valuations for land and buildings along with circa. 10 Rental valuations for Buildings per annum over the three-year lifetime of the contract. IDA does not commit to commission the above number of valuations and these figures are for estimation purposes only. There will be a panel of four agents appointed under this assignment and IDA will endeavour to apportion the work evenly between the appointed valuers throughout the contract period. However, IDA does reserve the right to apportion the work as it sees fit throughout the lifetime of the contract.
