The Trust are seeking initial expressions of interest prior to selecting potential bidders to conduct a Competitive with Negotiation tendering process. We are looking for options centered on the following construction options : 1. Traditional Build 2. Modular Construction with link options to existing buildings 3. Steel Frame construction with link options to existing buildings. In all cases, some internal work in existing buildings will be required as part of the reconfiguration of the clinical service area. Site investigation work has been commissioned and reports will be available for the tender phase. The Procurement process is being conducted via the Trust’s Ariba procurement portal. Interested bidders should email tenders@salisbury.nhs.uk with the subject title “FE800 Breast Care Unit” including full named contact details, with telephone, email and address, for the person responsible for preparing their response.
