Project overview Heathrow Primary School is an inclusive community school based in the South of the Borough of Hillingdon and was built in 1966. The building is located on Hammonsworth Lane surrounded by residential properties and a playing field. The original main school building is single storey with a fairly new extension attached. The roof in question is a flat roof that measures approximately. 876m2. There are two types of roof coverings noted, one appears to be asphalt with stone chippings and the other has been felted again with chippings. The felted roofs appear to be warm roofs with insulation. On top of the main roofs are approximately six roof turrets with clerestory windows, the roof appears to have an asphalt covering with chippings.
