Heating Servicing Quality Audits

Boston Mayflower wishes to invite quotes for the supply of services in respect of Heating Servicing Quality Audits. The successful supplier(s) will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the contract manager designated by the Client. Boston Mayflowers housing stock is a portfolio of traditional, non-traditional and new development with a mixture of old and new gas, oil, solid fuel and electrical heating systems. Renewable heating technologies are also increasingly being used in off gas areas and we therefore have a number of ground and air source heat pump installations. All our systems are installed and maintained by our partnering contractors. In order to fulfill our statutory obligations Boston Mayflower therefore requires the services of a specialist who is suitably qualified to undertake a programme of Heating Servicing Quality Audits.
