Tender description

Cumbria County Council has a requierment for the provision of design and build services for the conversion of a vacant building at Lillyhall into a vehicle workshop. It will entail increasing the size of the current entrance, a raised front door profile and installing two steel lined vehicle inspection pits. The contractor will also be responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance for the first 12 months after completion. Please see tender documentation for further information.
