Tender description

Replacement of the existing sheet metal cladding with new plastic cladding to the roof top plant rooms. The new cladding will be sealed to all ductwork penetrations and the roof covering which still has 15 years on its guarantee. The work was therefore awarded to the contractor with whom the guarantee is held so to avoid invalidation.
