The works comprise the refurbishment of Laboratory 2B41-2B44 Supply and install new MBSC’s, doors, windows, flooring, ceiling, LED lighting, emergency light switching/PIRs, electrics, ventilation, data, plumbing, new benching, medical gases, security access control, shelving along with the renewal of all fittings and finishes including redecoration throughout. All fittings and fixtures to be identical unless specified otherwise.
