Main Contractors - Expressions of Interest for The AgriSTEM Academy @ South Staffordshire College

Tender description

South Staffordshire College invites expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably experienced main contractors for inclusion on a select tender list for the above project at Rodbaston, Penkridge, Staffordshire. The project comprises the major refurbishment of a former Granary and re-modelling of workshop space, together with a new build workshop extension and stand-alone Automotive workshop, budgeted at c. £3.25m (excluding VAT). The building works will be procured through a two stage tender process using the JCT Standard Form of Contract. Contractors are requested to submit an EoI using a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) against which their financial status, capability, capacity and experience will be assessed. A short list of up to 5 contractors will be invited to submit a 1st stage tender with tender documents issued on 28 August 2015.
