Tender description

Replace existing sheet metal cladding with new modern plastic cladding to th eroof top plant at the Glasgow premises. The new cladding will be sealed to all ductwork penetrations and the roof covering which still has 15 years remaining on the guarantee. It was therefore decided the best option was to award the contract for the work to the contractor who recovered the roof and with whom the guarantee is in place so not to invalidate it.
