Tender description

Bidders are being invited to tender on a design and build procurement (drawings and performance specifications), single-stage tender, comprising the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the highest score as set out in the award criteria in section 2.10.1 of this ITT. The project generally comprises asbestos removal, strip out work of partitions and ceiling tiles, installation of new shower and toilet, reconfigure existing toilet to tea point and remodelling of existing cellular space. Contract commencement is expected on 26th June 2015 and Practical Completion is expected on 24th September 2015 with the basement construction works to be completed by 18th September 2015. Please refer to the Master Programme for completion dates.
