Refurbishment of Bedroom Pods, Hinton, Hereford

Tender description

External insulated render, re-roofing and general refurbishment works of bedroom pods (first built circa 1980). Works to include: structural repairs/localised building/replacement of existing vertical tile hanging, roof covering and decking, insulation and rendering, redecoration, maintenance and cosmetic works to first floor bedroom pods at 29No domestic dwellings, commencing 21st September 2015 and completing on or before 31st March 2016. Works to comply with Building Regulation Document L1B where work is being undertaken to the floors/walls/roof as a thermal element. The Contractor is to make application to the local authority by means of a building notice, minimum 48 hours before the works commence.
