External Wall Insulation to 37 number properties at Catchgate

Derwentside Homes are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to undertake works to 37 properties at Catchgate, Co Durham. Works will briefly comprise of - removal of all existing external wall insulation; removal and re-fixing associated external fixtures and fittings (extending where necessary); installation of new external wall insulation system, including through colour render finish; all necessary associated works, scaffolding etc. Properties will be handed back to the client at a rate of approximately 10 properties per week. Render system and insulation to be covered by a independent insurance backed guarantee in addition to the system suppliers standard 10 year guarantee.
