Tender description

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a supplier to undertake works on an area known as Manor Mill Lane, Leeds. Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is considering developing extra parcel of land to support a necessary Change of Use Planning application. This adjacent land will be used for additional car parking; a hard standing is believed to be present under the current overgrowth. The development will be located on approximately 0.23 ha of land. The area affected by the development is hereafter referred to as the ‘site’. The site is located to the east of the new Leeds HART facility site just off Manor Mill Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire (Grid Reference SE 28184 30365).
