Tender description

CWS Works - The work covered for the replacement of the cold water tanks include the design, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and setting to work all plant, pipework and equipment necessary for the execution of the contract, including all temporary connections to existing water supplies in order to maintain water supplies to all the dwellings. Refurbishment of Electrical Services at Arlington Lodge Estate, Bonneville/Deauville Estate, Solon Estate and Clapham Manor Estate. Smoke Extract System Replacement Works at Solon Estate. The successful supplier must be able to comply with all requirements as set out in parts A – E and all appendices of the tender documentation.
