BBC- Construction of Broxbourne Enterprise Centre

Broxbourne Council is seeking to select and procure a competent and experienced contractor to construct a new Enterprise Centre in Hoddesdon, Borough of Broxboure The Broxbourne Enterprise Centre (BEC) is a priority project within Ambition Broxbourne, Broxbourne Council’s Economic Development Strategy and Action Plan. The BEC will provide 20,000 square feet of new lettable modern, flexible, managed business space and play a critical role in delivering Ambition Broxbourne. Located at the heart of Hoddesdon Business Park, the BEC will provide a catalyst for supporting the development and growth of new businesses across the Borough. It is envisaged that the project construction will start in January 2016 (at the latest) the construction element of the Contract will take 9 months. It is essential that submissions clearly demonstrate your experience in delivering similar ‘managed workspace’ projects or equivalent on time, on budget and to the required levels of quality.
