Tender description

You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the refurbishment, remodelling and alteration of Denby Industrial and Sofa Works Buildings, situated at Chanos Pole Street, Derby. The project will be let as a design & build contract, and the works will be undertaken under the JCT Design and Build Contract (2011 Edition). A separate Planning Application will be submitted, by the University of Derby, to cover the works and the successful bidder will be required to address any issues and conditions raised through this application as part of the works.
