The overall works comprise for providing a temporary classroom building(s) and associated enabling works for St Mary's Catholic Primary School, Cannock Road, Wolverhampton WV10 8PG. The Works comprise the following to be carried out in three sections: Section 1 The work comprises the provision of a temporary classroom together with associated external works, services and drainage. Section 2 During Section 2, the new temporary building will be occupied by staff and pupils. Section 3 The work comprises the removal of the temporary building, together with making good associated items It should be noted that although the school will be in full occupation throughout the contract period, it is a requirement that Section 1 of the works (provision of the classroom) and Section 3 of the works (removal of the classroom) are carried out during school holidays.
