Tender description

Phase 1 of the proposed Clinical Skills and Simulation Centre is to be located within G38 (existing estates area) of the Western Education Centre on the Denmark Hill Campus. The GIFA of the proposed facility is 326m2 located on ground floor, with adjacent external areas suitable for contractor site set up. The scope of refurbishment is to include stripping out of existing services, fixed FF&E, walls / partitions, and finishes. The existing floor slab is to be broken up to allow the installation of new underslab drainage. The services fit out includes new ventilation services, water, drainage and compressed air/vacuum services; extensive power and data, new lighting, and communication / security installations.
