Tender description

The bathroom replacement scheme consists of 503 properties and has been put together using existing survey and lifestyle information. The scheme will bring properties up to a higher standard which in turn will improve the standard of living for YHN stakeholders. The proposed work to the bathrooms and some cloakrooms consists of the replacement of all sanitary ware, decoration and vinyl flooring. An extract fan will be installed to those properties that do not currently have an existing fan or a fan that is past its working life. A new light fitting will be installed only if the existing light hasn't already been upgraded
