Completion of development projects at Eastfields, Chaucer Close and Humber Hill, Stanley

Tender description

Derwentside Homes are seeking qualified contractors to complete works to, up to, three housing development sites following failure of the original contractor. Contractors must be able to provide a LABC warranty of all works, including those completed by the previous contractor. Works will include completion of brickwork, structures, fixtures and fittings, finishing, m&e works, external works and landscaping. Anticipated work will be to approx 21 units in various stages of construction.
