Tender description

Birmingham City Council in collaboration with Birmingham Health Partners is seeking to appoint a consultant to give advice on the development of a Life Sciences Campus in Selly Oak, Birmingham. The contract is due to commence in October 2015 and end in December 2016. Award will be based the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
