By way of indicative summary only the GDA is seeking in broad terms a Works Contractor for the stabilisation and conservation of an existing building ( a protected structure) at Grangegorman, comprising:  Structure 32 the Lower House (Protected Structure RPS No. 3289) with a footprint area of 1380m2 and a gross floor area of 3500m2  Structure 24 – the Church of Ireland (Protected Structure RPS No.3285) with a footprint of 250m2 gross floor area of 195m2. This contract was awarded to Bourke Builders Ltd, Church Road, Ballina, Co. Mayo
