Spine Duct Refurbishment Works

Tender description

The project entails a thorough refurbishment of services in the University spine duct with a view to prolonging the lifespan of the original 1960’s installation. Works include the replacement of corroded parts, upgrade of thermal expansion accommodation, isolation and flushing provisions, new lighting scheme throughout, re-insulation of pipe work, re-painting and identification works, improvements to pipe work and isolation provisions.
