Tender description

The Royal Parks are seeking expressions of interest for a limited internal and external refurbishment of a public toilet facility located in Richmond Park. The building in is single storey with brick walls and a clay tile roof, provides for separate men’s and women’s facilities. The gross internal area is 45m². Repairs will involve repointing, minor roofing works (gutter and downpipes), drainage works, redecorating, cleaning and minor electrical works.
