Finlock Gutter Removal and Replacement with PVCU Fascia and Gutters

Tender description

Ashford Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from contractors, for improvement works to a number of dwellings in its housing stock. The proposed work comprises the careful cutting and removal of concrete sectional guttering. Following the removal works, the eaves will be adapted and a traditional eaves detail will be constructed. The identified dwellings are located in close proximity to each other in the South Ashford area. The work requires careful planning and needs to be carried out sensitively. Ideally, contractors will have had previous experience in this work and already undertaken projects satisfactorily (in particular, minimising disturbance caused).
