Delivery of an Owner-Manager Development Programme for LEO Wicklow

Proposals are invited for the delivery of an Owner-Manager Development Programme for SME business owners that are based in Co. Wicklow. The Management Development Programme (MDP) delivered through the Local Enterprise Office Wicklow is a core activity and has been running since 1995 for owner/managers of small businesses in County Wicklow. The objective of the Programme is to facilitate participants to gain the necessary self confidence, understanding of and ability to apply management skills, to both monitor and manage their own performance and then to manage their businesses in a professional and appropriate manner so that the potential of those businesses can be achieved. It is delivered over a 24 week period (Sep-March), 3 hours (evening) per week, supported by individual mentoring meetings with participants.
