Tender description
The Beacon of Light is a new build project that will be constructed on land adjacent to the Sunderland Aquatics Centre. The Beacon of Light will be a multipurpose building housing a range of provisions including sports halls, outdoor soccer pitches, flexible learning spaces, health and wellbeing and education zones together with an alternative provision school.
