Leadership Development Training Programme 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust require a Leadership Development Programme which should be designed around, and predicated on, the notion that leadership development is about behaviour. The Executive Leadership Team encourages and invites straight Adult conversations between the team. This behaviour includes: • Engaging in open and straight conversations • Being curious - curiosity being an Adult way to challenge • Having an awareness of your impact as a leader and colleague • Making appropriate changes in your leadership style and taking responsibility for your own impact We expect the number of participants to be around 50 in total. Following a previously completed exercise in which individuals completion two psychometric tools, we are searching for potential providers of the second part of this development programme which will be looking to develop the behaviours as detailed above. In order to realise the expected benefits we anticipate the programme will contain a blend of group workshops, individual 360 exercise and group coaching sets. We are however open to innovative ideas in relation to formats & methods to achieve outstanding results.
