Tender description
Swindon Borough Council have authorised the demolition of Carlton Street and Wyvern Multi Storey Car Parks including the associated footbridges and Princes Street Footbridge. The tender invitation is for a Design and Build contract. The demolition is planned to take place in three phases as follows: · Phase 1 - Carlton Street Multi-Storey Car Park together with the connecting footbridge to the Bus Station. · Phase 2 - Wyvern Multi-Storey Car Park together with the connecting footbridge to the Wyvern Theatre. · Phase 3 – Princes Street footbridge and reinstatement works
