Conversion and Alterations of the University of Support Services Accommodation

You are invited to submit proposals, a fixed tender sum and programme for Conversion and Alterations of the University of Derby's existing sports hall and adjacent buildings to provide new support offices and improved storage facilities at Kedleston Road DE22 1GB All queries relating to the is Tender should be directed to Andrew Bevan and David Durdham Project Manager through the In-Tend Portal. The purpose of this project is to create a new office facility for University Support Services which will combine both Estates Management and IT Service Departments. These are predominately “back of house” service providers and the main Student facing services (predominately IT) will remain on the First Floor of “B” Block until a more suitable location is found elsewhere. In addition, safe access, demolition of a vacated building, creating of a pool car parking & delivery area and alterations to the existing Estates store are to be created. Suppliers are required to state their anticipated earliest completion date with their Tender return.
